Minutes of the Nasik Group Diwali Meeting
Attendees : Anurag Kenge,Sandip Jadhav,Madhuri Karmalkar,Abhijit Karmalkar,Rupesh Jaju,Prashant Bhatt,Srikrushna Upkare,Sanjeev Pathak,Sagar Chandratrey

Although there was a little reluctance to the meeting being arranged on the Laxmipujan day,some 10 members managed to get together for the meeting.Almost all members who had attended the meet last year were present this year too.This was a good sign.It seems members have liked the concept of the Nasik group and like to meet face to face apart from the participation on the Yahoo group.
After waiting for some members to join,the meeting started off with the discussion of how to make the group more useful.
Sagar reviewed the decisions taken last year and the action taken on the same.
It was observed that some syatematic approach needs to be followed to incresae participation on the group.Hence some action items and owners were identified.
Some members felt the need to have a NRI cell of the Nasik group.But it was concluded that before such a cell could be formed ,we need to have a meaningful activity on the group so that we can make the NRIs feel like joining the group for some meaningful purpose.
